Windows 7 on Toshiba Portege S100

Struggled to find a Windows 7 HDD driver for the Toshiba Raid Device on a Portege S100. If you find yourself in the same situation the Windows 2000 version appears to work fine with Windows 7.

Go to the Toshiba support website (or just click the link below) and to the driver download page for the S100,

the S100 is under the "Discontinued Models" in the "Supports and Downloads" menu. Once there find the following driver and download + extract to the desktop of your S100.

Now start the upgrade from the CD while in Win XP and when the option presents itself select to load a driver for the hard drive and browse to the folder you extracted the zip to. The second driver found is what you need.
